Removal of existing tiles:
Many of our jobs include updating rooms that have already been tiled. Although sometimes these areas can be tiled over, there are some instances where removal of the old tiles is the only way or just the most preferred.
Under floor heating:
Under floor heating provides energy efficient room heating and of course a warm floor for your feet! Under floor heating can be installed in any sized room.
Overboarding:
We can overboard and strengthen floors to be tiled to ensure that the sub floor is in an adequate state to be tiled.
Levelling:
We often encounter concrete or screeded floors that aren’t flat or level enough to provide the finish the client desires. We are able to correct this to ensure that your tiling has a professional finish.
Tanking/Waterproofing:
Tanking systems provide a waterproof membrane that prevents water from penetrating into the substrate beneath the tiles causing structural damage, damp problems, tile failure and mould.
